If information of the transaction has not made it to Google's payment center, purchased item(s) may not have appeared in the respective account.
If the purchased item(s) have not been received after a period of time, please contact the Help Center in the link below, and personnel there will help verify your payment details.
After necessary checking and verification, issues pertaining to unreceived purchased item(s) will be processed by reimbursing the relevant purchases or by cancelling the order.

If the purchased item(s) have not been received after a period of time, please contact Apple directly to cancel the order.
※Please report the status of the in-app purchase to Apple store.
※As handling of purchases and payment information is handled by Apple store, they will assist in cancelling the order.
※If "Family Sharing" function is enabled for players who use iOS 8, payment will not be made if the parent device has not allowed purchases on the child device.
(Parent device = party which allows purchases and makes payment. Child device = party which requires permission to make purchases. After permission has been granted to make purchase, please follow the instructions on the child device, and then restart the app).

If player is already logged in, the player's contact information will be displayed on the webpage. If contact information is not displayed, please manually input, and then state the reason for the current order cancellation and the relevant order number in the Remark section
