Please try the following methods to solve the issue:
1) Please restart the app and verify if the issue still exists.
2) If the issue still persists, please turn off WiFi and use 4G/LTE and check if the issue still persists.
3) LTE networks may have a speed limit due to respective internet provider networks, please verify if the connection used has a speed limit implemented.
※If the app is stored in the SD card, please move it back to device storage.
4) Download all by following the steps below within the app:
・On the top right corner of the application, tap 「三」＞「Settings」＞「Data」
※We recommend using Wi-Fi for this.
※Depending on the available storage of the device and the condition of the device, the application may look like it has been stopped for a few seconds after tapping the button.
※Having sufficient free space in the device will ensure a smooth download.
